Her native Alabama is special to Linda, so she was thrilled to have been commissioned in early 2003 to narrate "Phenix City Confidential," a documentary film chronicling the history and notoriety of Alabama's most infamous town.

Produced by the Documentary Institute and the University of Florida Department of Journalism and Communications,  and co-directed by Kim Bauldree and Scott Burns, the program will air on PBS in 2004.

Recording the narrative for "Phenix City Confidential."
